The SPAS-23 Battalion is made up of brave men and women who have joined forces to resist Russian aggression.

Among the main tasks of the battalion:

• organization and coordination of the population during wartime, namely – carrying out emergency rescue and other urgent work to eliminate the consequences of Russian military aggression as their own forces, and with the involvement of public and non-governmental organizations.
• conducting certain activities in the field of cybersecurity and air reconnaissance.
• teaching citizens the rules and providing practical lessons in first aid
• work in the fight against sabotage and reconnaissance forces, armed formations of the aggressor in the city of Kyiv, and the Kyiv region.
• organizational assistance in conducting military training of employees of departments who want to improve their professional level.
• organizational assistance in conducting classes on home care and preparation for action in stressful situations for employees of departments
• volunteer assistance for victims of hostilities, military units, and vulnerable groups.
